A privacy note about email

PeriWise itself stores your data only on your device, so we can never look anything up for you — there is nothing on our side to look up. When you email us, please don't include health details; a description of the problem is enough. Emails you send us are used solely to answer your request (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and deleted once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention rules require otherwise.

Before you write — quick answers

• Restore your subscription: Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases (sign-in with your Apple ID is handled by Apple).
• Cancel the subscription: managed entirely by Apple — iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Move to a new phone: export your data from Settings first (JSON), then import is on our roadmap; your database is deliberately excluded from iCloud backup — see Data Security.
• Delete everything: Settings → Delete all data. Instant and irreversible; no copies exist anywhere else.
